Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket & attending this event, you agree to the following terms & conditions for the SYNDICATE SF & LA TECH WEEK EVENTS. If you are an Sponsor, Exhibitor, or vendor, you will also receive an official agreement for you participation once you have signed up.
1. Event Admission

Identification: A valid government-issued ID matching the ticket purchaser’s name may be required for entry.

Right to Deny Entry: SYNDICATE reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who violates event policies, poses a security risk, or disrupts the event. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
2. Liability and Waiver

Assumption of Risk: By attending SYNDICATE SF & LA TECH WEEK EVENTS, you assume all risks associated with participating in the event, including potential injury, illness, and property loss. SYNDICATE is not liable for any personal injuries, illnesses, lost or stolen belongings, or other unforeseen incidents.
3. Code of Conduct

Respectful Conduct: All attendees are expected to act respectfully and follow event staff’s instructions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
4. Changes to the Event

Event Modifications: SYNDICATE reserves the right to modify the event schedule, location, speakers, or activities. In the event of a significant change, all reasonable efforts will be made to inform ticket holders in advance.
5. Ticket Policy

All Sales Final: Tickets purchased for SYNDICATE SF & LA TECH WEEK EVENTS are final sale. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, inability to attend, personal circumstances, or changes in your schedule.

No Refunds Post-Attendance: Once you attend SYNDICATE SF & LA TECH WEEK EVENTS, you are not eligible for any refunds, regardless of the experience or other unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets may only be used by the original purchaser or person named in the ticket purchase. Reselling or transferring tickets is prohibited.
6. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and attending SYNDICATE SF & LA TECH WEEK EVENTS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service, and that you agree to being contacted by StartupStarter and its partners to know more about their programs.
